If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund terms below.
2. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- The returned item must be:
- Unworn, unused, and undamaged,
- In its original packaging,
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error or a confirmed product defect.
3. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene and production reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Custom-made, personalized, or engraved jewelry.
- Items that have been resized, altered, or modified at the customer’s request.
- Final-sale or clearance items.
- Digital gift cards or promotional rewards.
If your custom or promotional item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately — we will repair, replace, or remake it at no additional cost.
4. Damaged or Lost Packages
If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment or contact us immediately at support@nebodiamonds.com.
Please retain all packing materials unless instructed otherwise by NEBŌ.
Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within five (5) days of receiving your order.
NEBŌ is not responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.
We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable shipping method for all returns.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives defective or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:
- Your order number,
- Photos of the item and packaging,
- A brief description of the issue.
We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or full refund after inspection.
6. Return Process
- Request a Return Authorization (RA) number by emailing info@nebodiamonds.com.
- Securely repack the item in its original box with all certificates and documentation.

Ecoshine Diamonds Inc. is not responsible for lost, delayed, or uninsured return shipments.
7. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
8. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
9. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement unless production has already started.
Custom or personalized items cannot be canceled once manufacturing has begun.
