At NEBŌ, we take great care in ensuring that every order is processed quickly, packaged securely, and delivered safely. All jewelry items are shipped from our fulfillment center in Miami, Florida, and handled with full insurance coverage until they reach you.
2. Order Processing Time
* Orders are typically processed up to 5 business days after payment confirmation.
* Custom, personalized, or engraved jewelry may require up to 5–8 business days for production before shipment.
* Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We ship via trusted and insured carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS Priority.
All deliveries within the United States are free and use express shipping, arriving in 3–9 business days depending on your location.

4. Shipping Rates
* All U.S. orders — Free express shipping.
* International shipping — Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
All shipments include tracking and insurance coverage for the full declared value.
5. Secure and Convenient Pickup & Alternate Delivery Options
If your purchase is a surprise or you cannot be home for delivery, choose a secure Hold for Pickup location. Your order will be held for up to five business days until you or your designated recipient retrieves it.

6. Order Tracking
Once your package ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to monitor its progress. If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days, please contact us at support@nebodiamonds.com
7. Shipping Insurance and Signature Requirement
All jewelry shipments are insured until delivery confirmation. Orders over $500 require an adult signature upon delivery for security. Please ensure someone is available at the shipping address to sign for the package. We cannot re-route a package once it has shipped.
8. Packaging
Every order is carefully packaged for maximum protection and presentation:
* Secure outer shipping box
* Protective inner pouch
* Elegant presentation box with a Certificate of Diamond Origin
* Ring box containing your jewelry
9. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. NEBŌ is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information. If a package is returned due to an invalid address, the buyer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
10. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
If your package arrives damaged, refuse the shipment or contact us immediately at support@nebodiamonds.com. Please retain all packaging materials until otherwise instructed. Claims for damaged, lost, or missing items must be submitted within five (5) days of receipt (or expected delivery). NEBŌ is not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
11. International Shipping and Customs
We currently ship internationally to select countries. Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in product or shipping prices. NEBŌ cannot control or predict these charges and is not responsible for customs delays.
