Product Availability
Occasionally, you may be able to place a product in your shopping cart and submit your order, but later receive notice that the item is unavailable. You acknowledge that product availability can change rapidly, and there may be a brief period after your order submission during which an item becomes out of stock.
NEBŌ reserves the right to cancel your order, even after an Order Confirmation has been issued, without penalty or liability.
In rare instances, you may receive a Shipping Confirmation even though the product has become unavailable in our or our fulfillment partner’s inventory. In such cases, NEBŌ may rescind acceptance of your order and cancel the transaction without penalty. You will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued where applicable.
If you are interested in an item currently on backorder, please contact us to learn when it is expected to return to stock.
Due to high demand and dynamic inventory, an item may sell out before we are able to update its availability status on the Site. If this occurs, we will reach out directly to discuss suitable alternatives or future availability.
Pricing
While NEBŌ strives for complete accuracy, data on our Site — including pricing information — may occasionally contain errors due to technical or typographical issues.
We reserve the right to correct any such errors and will not honour incorrect or misprinted prices. If an item’s displayed price is lower than its actual price, NEBŌ may, at its discretion, either contact you for confirmation before shipment or cancel the order and notify you of the cancellation.
If an order has already shipped, you agree to either return the product or pay the difference between the billed and correct prices.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice, and all prices listed are final and non-negotiable.

Payment Information
Once you have selected your jewelry and entered your shipping details, you will be prompted to provide payment information — such as your credit or debit card details, and, if applicable, any promotional codes or NEBŌ gift cards.
By submitting your payment details and completing the checkout process, you authorize ECOSHINE DIAMONDS INC. and its trusted third-party payment processors to charge the full amount of your order to the chosen payment method.
You represent that you are the authorized account holder or have legal authorization to use the selected payment method. In the event of any issues processing your payment, NEBŌ reserves the right to delay or cancel shipment until payment has been successfully verified.
Cryptocurrency payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g. Binance Pay, Whitepay). Refunds are issued in USD equivalent at the time of purchase.

Diamond Certificates
When you purchase a loose diamond, it will be shipped with its official diamond grading report (also known as a diamond certificate). These certificates are detailed professional evaluations prepared by independent gemological laboratories recognized worldwide for their accuracy and integrity.
Each certificate is unique and valuable, as it represents a formal, verifiable record of the diamond’s characteristics and authenticity. Because replacing a lost certificate is costly and time-consuming, NEBŌ requires that all original grading reports be returned along with the diamond if you decide to make a return.
If the diamond grading report is missing upon return, a replacement fee of USD $150 (or the equivalent in local currency) will be deducted from your refund or charged separately.
Comparison Purchasing
To maintain fair and transparent pricing for all customers, NEBŌ does not permit comparison purchasing.
“Comparison purchasing” refers to the practice of buying multiple similar jewelry items with the intent of keeping only one and returning the others. Such actions lead to unnecessary restocking and handling costs, which ultimately increase overall pricing.

Information on Our Site

In accordance with FTC guidelines and jewelry industry standards, NEBŌ notes that the total carat weight in diamond jewelry may vary up to 0.05 carats from the stated weight.
All product measurements shown on our Site are based on manufacturing specifications. Slight variations may occur during finishing. For machine-made wedding bands, a width tolerance of 0.20 mm is acceptable; for cast-manufactured rings, tolerances may be slightly higher.
For gemstones and pearls, measurement variations of up to 0.25 mm are considered normal.
For jewelry containing multiple diamonds, the total carat weight represents the minimum guaranteed weight of all stones combined. Color and clarity grades are provided as either a minimum or average depending on the design. If listed as a minimum, all stones meet or exceed the stated quality; if listed as an average, the overall quality equals or exceeds the grade indicated.
